摘要 建立用ICP-MS测定小麦中5种金属元素不确定度的评价方法。依据GB/T 27418—2017《测量不确定度评定和表示》的相关规定,分析实验过程中不确定度来源,分别评估称量、定容、标准溶液配置、样品空白、标准曲线拟合、测量重复性、加标回收率、仪器稳定性等因素对实验结果的影响。根据不确定度评价结果可知,铝、铬、砷、镉、铅5种元素的扩展不确定度分别为:0.21、0.028、0.040、0.033、0.025 mg/kg。影响该方法不确定度的主要因素是测量重复性、标准溶液的配置、仪器稳定性、加标回收率和标准曲线拟合。 To establish an evaluation method for the uncertainty of five metal elements in wheat by ICP-MS.According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 27418—2017"Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty",the sources of uncertainty in the experimental process were analyzed,and the influences of weighing,constant volume,standard solution configuration,sample blank,standard curve fitting,measurement repeatability,standard recovery rate,instrument stability and other factors on the experimental results were evaluated.According to the uncertainty evaluation results,the extended uncertainties of aluminum,Chromium,Arsenic,cadmium and lead are 0.21,0.028,0.040,0.033 and 0.025 mg/kg,respectively.The main factors affecting the uncertainty of this method are measurement repeatability,standard solution configuration,instrument stability,standard recovery and standard curve fitting.
