摘要 建立了ICP-MS同时测定水中21种痕量元素的方法。对仪器工作参数、测定的同位素、干扰消除方法等进行了研究。21种元素的检出限为0.01~0.9g·L-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%~4.46%,加标回收率为90%~104%,适合水样中多种元素痕量分析的测定。 A method was established for determining 21 kinds of trace elements in water. Analytical conditions, including working parameters of instrument, the isotopes for determination and method for interference suppression were studied. The detection limits of 21 kinds of elements were 0.01-0.9 μg.L1-. The relative standard deviation were 0.33 %-4.46 %.The recoveries of the method were 90.0 %-104.0 %. It indicated that the method could meet the demand for 21 trace-elements' analysis in water at the same time.
