摘要
推进政治体制改革的过程中,党的群众路线仍然是重要的思想资源。在网络政治蓬勃发展的新形势下,领导干部应该把握群众路线的工作方法,构建领导与群众互动平台,推进网络问政:推进社会信息化进程,扩大群众基础;提升领导干部素质,促进科学决策;借助网络创新工作机制,构建服务型政府;推进制度化建设,构筑长效机制。只有这样,才能在实践创新中赋予群众路线新的时代内容,才能彰显其当代意义和价值。
In the process of the political reform, the party＇s mass line is still an important source of ideas. In the condition of network politics＇ vigorous growth, leading cadres should make use of the working method of the mass line to construct a platform for leaders and the mass so as to promote network the discussion of polities on the Internet： to promote the process of social informationization and enlarge the mass basis; to improve the quality of leading cadres and promote scientific decision making; to create a service-oriented government by using network innovative work mechanism; to promote the construction of systemization and build a lasting-effect mechanism. Only in this way can we give the mass line a new meaning in the new era and show its modern meaning and value.
