摘要
网络问政就是人们通过互联网过问与提问有关政治方面的内容,党政部门及领导人通过网络问政于民、问计于民、问情于民,网民个体或群体通过网络向社会或党政部门及领导人提出、表达各类诉求和意见。论述网络问政在中国蓬勃兴起的原因,分析该现象的优势与缺陷,并提出其可行的发展路径。指出在网络时代下只有正确应用互联网并不断优化网络环境,才能使这种新型的问政方式进一步推进中国的政治民主化道路。
Politics by the internet means people ask questions about politics,while leaders of government departments ask the people for advices on politics,and netizens put forward or express kinds of requests and suggestions.The paper mainly discussed the reasons why politics by the internet developed so fast in China and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of it and also gave feasible developing paths.It pointed out that only correctly utilizing the internet and constantly improving the internet environment under the age of the internet,can this new way of politics further promote China＇s political democratization.
