摘要
运用"费用作为独立变量(CAIV)"方法,对武器装备初步设计中的性能与费用的综合权衡与决策方法进行了研究。根据CAIV方法型号系统开发中应用的实际情况,利用效用决策理论和质量功能配置方法,构建了CAIV综合效用目标函数;按照装备经济可承受性要求和作战能力要求即"权衡空间",建立了设计参数的约束条件。建立的模型可作为CAIV综合权衡中定量分析的工具。最后,通过示例对该模型进行了演示和验证。
We study weapon performance-cost tradeoffs and decision-making method during priliminary design phase using cost as an independent variable (CAIV) method. First, based on the ideas of CAIV, we constructed a CAIV overall utility objective function with the utility decision theory and quality function deploymeni method. Then, according to the requirements of weapon affordability and performance, i. e. , its trade space, the design pa- rameter restriction terms were constructed. It is a mathematical tool for the quantitative analysis of CAIV overall trade-off. Finally, an example was given to illuminate the method and the decision-making process.
