摘要 工程特性综合优先度的确定是产品规划质量屋构建过程的一个关键步骤。为了以一种经济和有效的方式实现工程特性的改进目标,提出了基于互补偏好信息的工程特性综合优先度确定方法。在该方法中,首先根据本企业及其竞争对手产品的互补偏好信息和各项工程特性表现的竞争性评价,利用多属性决策方法分别建立了相应于质量功能配置团队中每一个成员的工程特性竞争性优先度确定的优化模型,并通过拉格朗日函数的构造求解这些模型,进而利用层次分析法确定基于偏好信息的工程特性技术点;其次,利用比例标度法和层次分析法的集成方法,确定实现工程特性表现的改进目标的优先度;最后,利用层次分析法,对基于顾客满意的工程特性优先度、基于偏好信息的工程特性技术点和实现工程特性表现的改进目标的优先度进行合成以确定工程特性的综合优先度。以某企业全自动洗碗机的产品改进设计为实例,说明方法的应用。 To determine the integrated priority ratings of engineering characteristics (ECs) is a crucial step in the process of building house of quality. In order to achieve the improvement goals of performances of ECs in an eco- nomic and effective way, a methodology for determining the integrated priority ratings of ECs based on complemen- tan/preference is proposed. In this methodology, according to the competitive evaluations of performances of ECs and complementary preference of the products of a company and its competitors, a model for determining the com- petitive importance ratings of ECs corresponding to every member of quality function deployment team is built by using multiple attribute decision making method, and this model is solved by using Lagrange function, and then the technical points of ECs based on preference evaluations are determined by analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, based on the integration of scale method and AHP, the priority rating of achieving the improvement target of performances (ITOP) of every EC is determined. Lastly, based on the combination of the customer-satisfaction- based priority rating, the preference-information-based technical point, and the priority rating of achieving the ITOP of every EC, the integrated priority ratings of ECs are determined by using AHP. A case study of product improve- ment development of a fully automatic dish machine in a corporation was provided to illustrate the application of the proposed methodology .
