摘要
为了设计满足现代化影视事业要求的布光系统,提出了基于CAN总线的网络化布光系统总体设计方案,着重介绍了灯体控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计思路。建立了基于不确定时延网络的布光系统网络化控制模型,采用相邻交叉耦合方法建立了多机同步控制模型,通过仿真分析了控制器的跟踪性能和同步性能,验证了控制器的合理性与适用性。最后通过物理实验分析了系统的总体性能,对系统的异常情况进行了研究,提出了改善系统性能的优先级调度策略。
To design a light arrangement system which satisfy the demand of modern film and television industries,a networked light arrangement system design scheme is proposed,especially the hardware architecture and the software flowchart of the light control sub-system.The networked control model of the presented system is established based on the network protocol with uncertain network-induced delay.The synchronization control model is presented based on the adjacent cross coupling method.The effectiveness and the reliability of the developed controlled are validated by the analysis of the speed tracking performance and the speed synchronization performance.By Physical experiment,the overall performance of system is analyzed,the abnormal situation is researched,the measures of priority scheduling is proposed to improve the overall performance of system.
