摘要
基于直流电机H桥的驱动和控制原理,本文详细分析和探讨了电路设计过程中可能出现的各种问题,提出了切实可行的解决手段.该电路采用NMOS场效应管作为功率输出器件,设计并实现了较大功率的直流电机H桥驱动电路,并对额定电压为24伏,额定电流为3.8A的25D60-24A直流电机进行闭环控制,电路的抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性好.
Based on DC H bridge drive and control theory, this paper analyzes and discusses the circuit design process and problems, proposes a practical means of settlement. The circuit uses NMOS FET as the power output device. It designs and imp DC lements a high power DC motor H bridge driver circuit, and a closed loop control is conducted on the 25D60-24A of the motor with a rated voltage of 24 V and a rated current of 3.8A. The circuit has strong anti-interference ability and good robustness.
