摘要
针对试验中以软件方法实现PWM电机调速的不足,介绍了一种硬件实现PWM调速的方法,该方法成本低,实时性能好,可以消除直流电机在低频信号下的共振现象,从而减小电机的噪音。通过Protel DXP仿真和在排爆机器人样机上的试验,证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。
A hardware method of pulse width modulation was introduced in D/C Motor in terms of the drawbacks of the software method. This method had the characteristic of low operating cost and good rea-time reaction when elimilating the syntony to decrease the motor noise under the low frequency signal. The feasibility and the superiority had been proved by Protel DXP simulation and the experience on the anti-riot robot model.
