摘要
根据舞台升降平台在额定负载条件下的多电机同步位置误差要求,把主从控制策略与偏差控制策略相结合,给出了一种实用的多电机最大偏差耦合同步算法。在额定负载启动、脉冲扰动、阶跃扰动等条件下的对同步位置误差进行仿真,仿真结果表明该算法简单实用,符合控制的要求。最后给出最大偏差耦合同步算法的电气控制硬件实现方案,实际运行表明该算法能很好的满足控制要求。
This paper puts forward a practical multi-motors maximum deviation coupling algorithm.It is based on the multi-motors synchrohow position error requirement of stage lifting plateform under rated load condition and is combined the master and slave control tactics with deviation control tactics.Simulation is proceeded to synchronous position error under the condition of rated load starting,pulse interrupting and step iump interrupting etc.The results of simulation show that this algorithm is simple,practical and coinside with the requirment of contrd.At last,the plan of electrical control hardware of maximun deviation coupling synchronous algorithm is given.Practical operation show that this algorithm can good meet the control requirement.
