摘要
采用金相、矿相、扫描电镜及能谱分析(SEM-EDS)等方法,对平南六陈坡嘴汉代遗址的炉渣、残铁块、矿石等19个冶金遗物样品进行成分和显微组织检测分析。结果表明,该遗址为炼铁遗址,炼铁渣均属铁硅系,至少存在块炼铁冶炼方法。使用的铁矿石均为品位较高的磁铁矿,铁块为钢组织。
The composition and microstructure of the 19 remainders including slag,ore and iron samples collected from the iron smelting sites of the Han Dynasty found in Liuchen town,Pingnan County,Guangxi Region are investigated by using metallographic microscopy,mineralographic microscopy,scanning electron microscope with energy-dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS).The results show that the slag is mainly composed of FeO-SiO2,and bloomery iron smelting technique is used in the site at least,and iron ore used is high-grade iron ore,and the microstructure of iron blocks shows steel structure.
