摘要
大学生电子设计竞赛对培养学生的创新能力和促进就业具有重要的推动作用。本文从电子设计竞赛的组织管理、学生选拔、训练和激励、实施效果和拓宽学生就业途径等方面总结了一些经验,并就如何提高学生的综合素质和保持电子设计竞赛事业的良性发展方面进行了探讨。
Electronic design contest for undergraduate promotes the innovative ability and employment of college students.In this paper,we summarize some experience of electronic design contest,such as organization and management,training and motivation,achievements,broadening the range of undergraduate employment.Several issues are proposed in the end of the paper.These issues can improve comprehensive quality and help electronic design contest going on the track of sound progress.
