摘要
目的探讨血液成分输血在治疗产科播散性血管内凝血中的作用。方法根据29例产科DIC患者不同的临床表现以及实验室指标给予不同的血液成分输血。治疗前后测定DIC患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)、纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(DD)、凝血酶原时间(TT)等指标并评价治疗有效率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后DIC患者PLT、Fg水平明显升高(P<0.05);FDP、DD、TT水平明显降低(P<0.05)。有效率为82.75%。结论血液成分输血治疗产科DIC患者效果良好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of blood component transfusion on obstetric patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC）. Methods 29 patients with DIC were given blood component transfusion, according to the clinical manifestation and laboratory indicators. The indicators of the patients,such as PLT,Fg,FDP,DD and TT were detected and compared before and after the treatment. And the effective rate was also evaluated. Results The levels of PLT,Fg of patients were increased obviously （P〈0.05）, whereas the levels of FDP,DD and 3T were decreased significantly （P〈0.05） after the treatment. The effective rate was 82.75%. Conclusion Blood component transfusion is efficient for the treatment of obstetric patients with DIC,which is good for clinical application.
