摘要
目的 探讨成分输血在大量输血患者中的应用价值,为临床用血治疗提供可靠的参考依据。方法 回顾性分析80例接受大量输血治疗患者的临床资料,将用血情况分为红细胞悬液、血小板、血浆、冷沉淀四种,观察患者在输血时所用的成分血种类。结果 成分输血以红细胞悬液为主,其次为血小板、血浆以及冷沉淀等。其中红细胞悬液应用患者55例,占68.75%;冷沉淀应用患者6例,占7.50%;血小板应用患者11例,占13.75%;血浆应用患者8例,占10.00%。结论 成分血与全血相比,是目前已经较为成熟的输血方法 ,在临床上得到了广泛的应用,具有纯度高、效果好、体积小、不良反应少等优势,在临床上已经作为能够替代全血输血的方法。可有效提高患者的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数(BPC)值,满足大量输血患者的输血需求,改善临床治疗效果,同时能够使献血者的血液通过制备和分离挽救更多的生命,值得临床关注。
Objective To discuss the application value of blood component transfusion in patients with massive blood transfusion,so as to provide reliable reference for clinical blood treatment.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who received massive blood transfusion were retrospectively analyzed,and the blood consumption was classified into four types:red blood cell suspension,platelets,plasma,and cryoprecipitate,and the types of component blood used by the patients during transfusion were observed.Results The blood component transfusion were mainly red blood cell suspension,followed by platelets,plasma and cryoprecipitate.Among them,55 patients were treated with red blood cell suspension,accounting for 68.75%;6 patients were treated with cryoprecipitate,accounting for 7.50%;11 patients were treated with platelets,accounting for 13.75%;8 patients were treated with plasma,accounting for 10.00%.Conclusion Compared with whole blood,component blood is a mature blood transfusion method,which has been widely used in clinic.It has the advantages of high purity,good effect,small volume and less adverse reactions.It has been used as a method to replace whole blood transfusion in clinic.It can effectively improve the hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),platelet count(BPC)values of patients,meet the blood transfusion needs of a large number of blood transfusion patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,and make the blood of blood donors save more lives through preparation and separation,which is worthy of clinical attention.
