新型絮凝剂PSPAFC中铁铝的形态分布及其性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 改进了经典的Ferron逐时络合比色法,使其能同时测定无机高分子复合絮凝剂中Fe和Al的含量,从而分析出[Fe,Al]的三种形态分布。利用该方法测定按不同nSiO2/n[Fe,Al]、nAl/nFe、nP/n[Fe,Al]比例制备的新型无机高分子絮凝剂PSPAFC中[Fe,Al]的形态分布,结果表明,不同的PSPAFC中铁铝形态分布存在明显的差异,当三者比例分别为2∶1、7∶3和3∶20时,[Fe,Al](b)形态的含量最高,说明此时絮凝效果最好。以模拟废水进行废水处理效果试验,其结果与上述改进的形态分析法所获得的结果完全一致,说明该测定方法的结果是准确可靠的。 The classical Ferron timed complex colorimet ric method is improved.With which the content of Al and Fe in inorganic polymer flocculant can be measured synchronously,there by the three species distribution of is knowable.The species distribution of in PSPAFC prepared by different ratio of nAl/nFe,nSiO2/n and nP/n are analyzed by the method.The results showed that the ratio has effect on three species distribution.Content of (b)% is highest,that is about 70%,under the condition of nSiO2/n=2 ∶1,nAl/nFe=7 ∶3,nP/n=3 ∶20.Flocculation characteristics of PSPAFC has been studied by simulated wastewater,that is consistent with the results of species distribution test.
