摘要
分析了我国西北地区二氧化硫烟气处理现状,提出一种适合该地区的烟气脱硫技术——硫化钠-元素硫法。该方法利用硫化钠溶液作为吸收液吸收二氧化硫,生成元素硫和硫酸钠,元素硫作为产品回收,硫酸钠由还原气还原为硫化钠后循环使用。介绍了该方法的工艺原理、优点和适用条件,对其工业化实施进行了可行性分析。以西北地区某冶炼厂烟气和某钢铁厂烧结烟气条件为例进行了模拟设计和经济评估。由于以便于储运的元素硫为产品,该技术适合于我国偏远的西北地区特定条件下的二氧化硫烟气脱硫。
The present situation of metallurgical off-gas treatment in Northwest China is analyzed and sodium sulphide-elemental sulphur desulphurization technology suitable to the area is proposed. It uses sodium sulphide solution as absorbent for sulphur dioxide to form elemental sulphur and sodium sulphate. The elemental sulphur then is recovered for product while sodium sulphate is reduced by a reducing gas to sodium sulphide for recycling use. The process principle, advantages and applicable conditions of the method are described and the feasibility of commercialization is analyzed. The simulation design and economic evaluation are carried out under the condi- tions of off-gas from a metallurgical plant and sintering machine off-gas from a steel mill in Northwest China. With elemental sulphur as product, which is easy to transport and store, the technology is suitable to desulphurization of sulpur dioxide-containing off-gas under specific condition in remote Northwest China.
