摘要
介绍了可再生无机缓冲溶液脱硫技术原理和几种已工业化的脱硫技术,如LABSORB^(TM)工艺、Elsorb工艺、Aquaclaus工艺和Wellman-Lord工艺。无机缓冲溶液以其反应速度快、价格低廉、性质稳定、可循环使用等优点在烟气脱硫领域得到广泛应用。指出国内推广应用该技术还需在稳定无机盐的脱除、减少脱硫剂消耗、降低能耗等方面下功夫。
The technical principle of regenerable inorganic buffer solution FGD (flue gas desulphurization) technology is described and some commercially available regenerable inorganic buffer solution FGD technologies are described, such as LABSORB^TM process, Elsorb process, Aquaclaus process and Wellman-Lord process. With their advantages of fast reaction rate, low price, stable properties and recyclable use, the inorganic buffer solutiones have been widely used in FGD. For the popularization of those technologies in China, some problems, such as removal of stable inorganic salts, reducing desolphurizer consumption and energy consumption need to be solved.
