摘要
慢性心力衰竭时的心肌能量代谢有异常现象,曲美他嗪有改善心力衰竭心肌的能量代谢作用,从而改善病人的心功能。本文收集近10年来的文献资料,就曲美他嗪的药理作用,对心力衰竭患者的治疗方面作一综述。
There are abnormal phenomenas in myocardial energy metabolism of patients with chronic heart failure.Trimetazidine can improve myocardial energetic metabolism in the treatment of heart failure,which can improve patients＇ heart function.Literatures in recent ten years is collected,and the pharmacological action of trimetazidine for the treatment of patients with heart failure is reviewed.
