摘要
芬太尼是临床上常用的麻醉性镇痛药，静脉注射芬太尼诱发患者发生呛咳反应是其主要不良反应。目前对芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的机制还不清楚，临床上有多种方法可以减轻芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应。本文就芬太尼诱发呛咳反应得机制及预防方法作一综述。
Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid, is a popular choice amongst anesthesiologists. Reflex cough is often observed after an iv bolus of fentanyl during induction. Yet this phenomenon may be undesirable in patients with some co - existing diseases including increased intracranial pressure, dissecting aortic aneurysm, pneumothorax or reactive airway disease. The purpose of this paper is to review the mechanism, influential factors and prevention of cough reflex induced by fentanyl in recent years.
