摘要 针对我国食用菌产业发展需要高等专业技术人才的现状,以提高《食用菌栽培学》课程的教学效果和学生的学习兴趣为宗旨,对高校《食用菌栽培学》课程教学改革的思路和方法进行了思考和探讨。从合理安排教学内容,改进教学方法及强化实践教学环节等方面展开讨论,总结了如何增强学生对该课程的学习兴趣,以便更好地改善教学质量。 This article chiefly introduces the teaching content and method of Edible Mushroom Cultivation.That take Improving the teaching effect of the curriculum Edible Mushroom Cultivation and student's studying interest as the objective and the sound development of new national mushroom industries were crying out for high-quality professional and technical personnel,And it was discussed that reasonable arrangement of teaching content,reformation of teaching methods and Strengthening practical teaching link,and so on.Meanwhile we also summarized how to stimulate students'interest in the course,and we hoped they would be helpful to improve the quality of teaching too.
