农民是现代农业和新农村建设的主体,是农村生产力中最活跃的因素和农村社会进步的推动者。农民收入是改善农民生活,推进新农村建设的经济基础。经济不发展、农民收入上不去,新农村建设就没有坚实的基础,那么如何才能更好的发展农村经济,促进农民增收?本文将予以分析和讨论,并对上述问题作出回答。
