摘要
基于河南省1997-2012年相关统计数据,对河南省农村人力资本投资和农民收入关系进行了实证研究,结果表明河南省农村劳动力受教育年限对农民收入增长有显著正效应,在此基础上提出提升河南省农村人力资本水平的政策建议。
The relationship between rural human capital investment and farmers＇ income in Henan province was studied based on the relevant statistics from 1997 to 2012 of Henan province.The results showed that years of education of rural labor force in Henan province had significant and positive effect on the farmers＇ income.Then some policy reconmnendations were put forward to improve the level of rural human capital investment in Henan province.
