摘要
目的:建立工作场所中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯和环己酮同时测定方法。方法:采用活性炭管吸附空气样品,经二硫化碳解吸后进样,AC20毛细管柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果:被测化合物在AC20毛细管柱上分离良好,工作曲线的相关系数r均在0.999以上,相对标准偏差及加标回收率均满意。结论:该方法适合空气中丙酮、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯和环己酮的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of acetone,ethyl acetate,butyl benzene,toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene,xylene,styrene and cyclohexanone in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography.Methods: Air samples were collected using active carbon tubes and desorbed with carbon bisulfide.The sample solutions were separated with an,AC20 capillary column,and detected using FID detector.Results: All the target chemicals were separated well on AC20 cilumn and had correlation coefficients larger than 0.999.The relative standard deviations and recoveries were satisfactory.Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of these chemicals in workplace air simultaneously.
