摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中多组分有机溶剂的方法。方法用活性炭吸附管采集空气中有机溶剂,CS2解吸,经大口径FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果方法可同时测定工作场所空气中39种有机溶剂,相关系数在0.9977~0.9993之间,检出限在0.3~35μg/ml之间,解吸效率范围在78.2~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差在0.8%~9.2%之间。结论该方法分离度好,检测灵敏、准确、快速,是检测工作场所有机溶剂多组分定性定量的一种较为理想的实用方法。
[ Objective] To establish the simultaneous determination of multi-component organic solvents in the air of workplace by large-diameter capillary GC. [ Methods ] The organic solvents were collected by activated carbon adsorption tube, desorbed with CS- 2, isolated by FFAP large-diameter capillary GC, and finally detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. [ Results] This method can simultaneously determine 39 kinds of organic solvents in the air of workplaces. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997 - O. 9993, the detection limit was 0.3 -35μg /L, desorption efficiency ranged from 78.2% 0 99.1%, the relative standard deviation was between 0.8% -9.2%. [ Conclusion] This method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, with good separation, Which is an ideal and practical method for determination of organic solvents in the air of workplace.
