毛细管气相色谱法测定鞋用胶粘剂中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,2二氯乙烷 被引量:5

Determination of benzene,toluene,dimethybenzene and dichloroethane in adhesive for shoes using capillary column chromatography

摘要 目的:建立胶粘剂中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,2二氯乙烷的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法:准确称取0.1~0.2 g鞋用胶粘剂样品,用二硫化碳溶解后毛细管气相色谱(FID)测定。结果:加标回收率在94.3%~101.1%,相对标准偏差均小于2%,检出限小于2.00 mg/L。结论:本法分离度好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于胶水中三苯及1,2二氯乙烷的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of benzene,toluene,dimethybenzene and dichloroethane in adhesive for shoes by capillary column chromatography.Methods:The procedure involved the disolving of 0.1~0.2 g exactly weighed sample by carbon bisulfide.Separation was achieved on capillary column,and then detected by flame ionization detector(FID).Results:Recoveries were 94.3%~101.1%,the limits of detection and RSD for all chemicals were within 2.00 mg/L and 2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,effective,quick and easy to determine benzene,toluene,dimethybenzene and dichloroethane in adhesive for shoes.
