摘要
为探讨普洱茶茶褐素对高脂SD大鼠的降血脂作用,采用生化试剂盒分析普洱茶茶褐素对实验大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的动态影响。结果显示:饲喂高脂饲料4周后,模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C极显著升高(P﹤0.01),TG显著升高(P﹤0.05),说明高脂血症大鼠模型建立成功。与高脂模型组相比,饲喂茶褐素的降脂组高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-C水平极显著降低(P﹤0.01),TG显著降低(P﹤0.05),而HDL-C水平明显升高;与正常对照组相比,无显著性差异,说明普洱茶茶褐素具有降血脂作用。预防组高脂饮食大鼠因同时饲喂茶褐素,故其血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平升高以及HDL-C水平降低均受到抑制,与正常对照组没有显著性差异(P﹥0.05),说明茶褐素能减少肝脏脂肪沉积,具有预防实验大鼠脂肪肝形成的作用。正常试物组(饲喂基础饲料和茶褐素)大鼠虽然被饲喂茶褐素,但其血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与正常对照组无显著性差异(P﹥0.05),说明茶褐素对正常大鼠血脂代谢影响不大。
The effects of TB extracted from Pu-erh tea on the lowering blood lipid of hyperlipidmia rats were investigated in this study.The contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in rat serum were analyzed by using standard biochemical kits.Results showed that the total of TC,LDL-C and TG in the blood serum of rats fed with high fat diet for 4 weeks was significantly increased.It suggested that the hyperlipidmia model was successfully established.It was found that the contents of TC,LDL-C and TG in serum of rats fed with theabrownin were very lower (TC,LDL-C,P﹤0.01;TG,P﹤0.05) than those of hyperlipidmia rats fed with high fat diet and without theabrownin,but the content of HDLC was obviously increased.This revealed that the theabrownin of Pu-erh tea had significant lowering lipid ability in rat serum.The contents of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in serum of precautionary group rats fed with higher fat diet and theabrownin were restrained to a certain extent and had no significant difference with normal control rats (P﹥0.05).It was proved that the theabrownin had reduced the hyperlipidmia formation in rats.It was also discovered that the contents of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in normal rats fed with theabrownin had no significant difference (P﹥0.05) with blank group rats.Therefore,Pu-erh tea theabrownin had no significant effects on the lipid metabolism of normal rats.
