摘要
异步电动机定子温度分布研究是异步电动机可靠运行的重要保证。鉴于实际测试的问题与难度,提出基于异步电动机三维温度场仿真模型的定子温度分布虚拟测试的新思路,建立了异步电动机定子温度分布虚拟测试系统。该虚拟测试系统采用参数化设计,只需简单修改电机的参数就可用于不同规格电机的虚拟测试。可实现包括故障在内的各种运行状态下电机稳态温度分布及瞬态温度变化的虚拟测量,可以给出不同时刻电机内部任意位置的温度值及各部位的温度分布图。实际测试结果表明,该虚拟测试系统具有较高的准确性。
Research on temperature distribution of induction motor stator is important for reliable operation of induction motor.Aiming at the problems and difficulties in actual test,a new idea of virtual test of induction motor stator temperature distribution based on a 3D temperature field simulation model is proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,a virtual test system of induction motor stator temperature distribution is established.Due to the parametric design adopted by the virtual test system,the virtual test for a variety of induction motors can be performed,only by simply modifying the parameters of the motor.The steady-state temperature distribution and transient temperature change of the motor can be measured under all kinds of running states including the fault one.The temperature value and temperature distribution at any position within the motor at any instant can be obtained with the virtual test.Experimental results show that the proposed virtual test system has good accuracy.
