摘要
对飞机配电性能的检测在现代飞机配电系统的设计过程中起着十分重要的作用。为了提高测试效率,利于功能扩展,本文运用虚拟仪器技术及计算机测控技术,以工控机和PXI高精度数据采集卡为核心开发了基于虚拟仪器的自动测试系统。介绍了系统的检测原理和软硬件设计,测试实例的测试结果表明该系统能够在保证高精度的前提下实现快速测试。以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,增强了系统软件的可维护性和可扩展性。
In the process of modern aircraft power distribution system design,testing for the performance of the aircraft power distribution system plays an important role. In order to improve efficiency and extend function,this paper designs the automatic test system based on the virtual instrument applying virtual instrument technology and computer testing and control technology. The central hardware is industrial computer and high-PXI data acquisition card. The testing principle and design of software and hardware is introduced and the testing results show that the system can realize fast testing with high acquisition precision. By using LabVIEW,the maintainability and expansibility is enhanced.
