摘要
现有的检测和诊断方法用于运行中的电机时效果并不理想。本文建立了异步电机定子绕组温升的红外检测传热反问题计算模型,通过使用红外手段监测电机外表面的温升,利用该模型可以计算出定子铁心内部的温升情况,从而可以判断电机的运行是否正常。计算结果与实验室实测结果进行了分析比较,验证了该模型的可靠性。
Current inspection and diagnosis methods used in running motor are far from effecitve. The 2D inverse heat transfer calculation model of asynchronous motor is developed. Through inspecting motor's exterior temperature rise by infrared imager, the model can give its inner temperature rise immediately. This method can be used to judge if the motor is in good condition. By comparing the calculated and experimental results, the proposed model was validated.
