摘要
套管内侧钻中短半径水平井,由于造斜率比常规的中半径水平井要高得多(1°/m 以上) ;因此,结构弯角必然较大,这就提出了这种钻具在套管内能否顺利下入的问题。文中根据最小变形能原理对钻具在套管内下入过程中的变形进行分析,解决了变形过程中边界待定问题,并对120 双弯螺杆钻具和95 双弯螺杆钻具在178套管内的下入作了验证和验算,证实了能量法分析的可行性和有效性,并将原方案的120 双弯螺杆钻具改为95双弯螺杆钻具,以适应在178 套管内通过。
Because build angle rates of sidetracked medium-short radius horizontal wells are higher than conventional horizontal wells with medium-long radius,their structural bent angles are very high.This paper analyses how the whipstocking screw drill tools easily trip in casing.On the basis of minimum deformation principle,deformation of the drill tools in casing is analysed,undetermined boundary problem during deformation is solved.Meanwhile,running of 120 and 95 double tilted screw drill tools in 178 casing are verified.The result shows 120 double tilted screw drill tools must be changed to 95 drill tools in order to easily pass through 178 casing.Feasibility and effectiveness of energy analysis method are also verified.
