摘要
应用套管开窗侧钻短半径水平井技术对老井进行改造,可有效开发老井未受控面积内的储油和死角残余油,恢复并提高单井产量和最终采收率。2004-2005年CNPC在哈萨克斯坦北布扎奇油田浅层稠油油藏成功实施NB31、NB30两口套管开窗侧钻短半径水平井,投产后均获得高产能。针对这2口侧钻短半径水平井,从井身结构优化、剖面优选、套管开窗工艺、浅稠油层高造斜率的实现、大弯角螺杆钻具与井口的相容性分析、短半径水平井套管柱下入摩阻分析及完井工艺等几方面进行了介绍,为今后该项技术在北布扎奇油田及国内油田的推广应用提供了经验。
Casing sidetracking short radius horizontal well technology comes into use to redevelop oil wells for developing efficaciously the reserver oil and irreducible oil in area uncontrolled,restoring and increasing per-well production and ultimate recovery.In 2004 and 2005,CNPC have had drilled successfully two well,NB31 and NB30,that are casing sidetracking short radius horizontal wells in North Buzachi shallow viscous oil reservoir of Kazakhstan.NB31 and NB30 gain high production after brought into production.This paper introduce the operation condition of the two well,wherein include optimization of well program,implementation of high kick-off rate in shallow viscous oil reservoir,compatibility analysis of the high bend angle PDM and wellhead,friction when casings run in short radius horizontal section and completing well technology etc. to provide successful experience for this technology applicating and expansion in North Buzachi oil field and domestic oil field.
