摘要
在分析国内外动力钻具通过能力计算模式的基础上,提出了能反映井径扩大影响的刚性模式和变形条件下自由通过能力模式,并介绍了前苏联专家提出的动力钻具通过能力计算模式。通过实例,分析比较了6种计算模式随井径扩大系数的变化规律。作者认为,计算动力钻具通过能力时应优先考虑自由通过模式,小弹性变形条件有利于动力钻具的使用范围。此外,扶正器对动力钻具通过能力的影响也不能忽视。
Based on the analysis of the calculating formulas of Passing-Through Ability of Downhole Motor(PTAM),new formulas in which the enlargement f borehole are proposed in the stiff condition and free deformation codition. The formulas proposed by Russian experts are also presented in this paper. Through example,the influence of the increase of borehole diameter on PTAM calculated is analysed by six formulas. The formula in the condition of free deformation, in the opinion of authors should be used firstly in calculated PTAM. The small elastic deformatin condition is beneficial to the using range of downhole motor. Moreover, the influence of stabilizer on PTAM can not be neglected.
