机械活化木薯淀粉氧化产物的阻垢性能

ABILITY OF SCALE INHIBITION OF OXIDATION PRODUCT PREPARED FROM MECHANICAL ACTIVATED CASSAVA STARCH

摘要 采用搅拌球磨机对木薯淀粉进行机械活化,以活化60 min的木薯淀粉为原料,CuSO4为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂干法制备氧化淀粉,考察了活化时间、氧化淀粉浓度、pH、温度、钙离子浓度、时间等因素对木薯淀粉氧化产物阻碳酸钙垢性能的影响。结果表明,机械活化对木薯淀粉氧化产物的阻垢率有显著的影响。活化60 min的木薯淀粉的氧化产物在氧化淀粉浓度10.0 mg·L-1、pH7.0、温度80℃、Ca2+离子质量浓度500.0 mg·L-1、恒温时间10.0 h的条件下阻垢率为93.5%,而在相同条件下,原木薯淀粉氧化产物的阻垢率仅为22.4%。并就机械活化木薯淀粉氧化产物阻碳酸钙垢的机理进行了探讨。 Cassava starch was mechanically activated by a stirring-type ball mill. Using H202 as oxidant and CuSO4 as catalyst, the oxidized starch was prepared by dry method with cassava starch activated 60 mins. The effect of activation time, concentration of oxidized starch, pH, temperature, concentration of calcium ion, and constant temperature time on the capability of calcium carbonate inhibition of cassava oxidized starch were investigated. The results indicated that mechanical activation considerably influenced on the inhibition rate of cassava oxidized starch. When condition was concentration of oxidized starch 10 mg·L^-1, pH value equal to 7.0, temperature 80 ℃, concentration of calcium ion 500 mg·L^-1, constant temperature time 10.0 h, the inhibition rate of oxidized starch prepared from starch activated 60mins was 93.5%, while it was only 22.4% of the oxidized starch prepared from the native starch uander the same conditions. Furthermore, the mechanism of calcium carbonate inhibition of the oxidized starch prepared from starch activated 60mins was investigated.
