摘要
对絮凝法处理苯乳酸发酵液进行了研究。以絮凝率和苯乳酸回收率为指标,研究了7种絮凝剂对苯乳酸发酵液絮凝效果的影响,并通过单因素实验和正交实验对絮凝条件进行优化。Al2(SO4)3作为适宜的絮凝剂,其最佳絮凝条件为:pH为3.0,温度为30℃,絮凝剂用量为8g/L,以100r/min振荡35min。在此条件下发酵液脱色率达到60.88%,苯乳酸回收率达到88.13%。
The flocculation of phenyllactic acid fermentation broth was studied.The flocculation effect of seven kinds of flocculants on phenyllactic acid fermentation broth was studied and the flocculation experiments were carried out by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,based on the flocculation ratio and the recovery ratio of phenyllactic acid.Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 was proven to be optimal among the seven flocculants,whose best flocculation conditions were determined as follows: pH3.0,temperature 30℃,8g /L flocculant addition,vibration speed 100r/min and vibration time 35min.The results showed that under these conditions,the flocculation ratio reached 60.88% and phenyllactic acid recovery ratio reached 88.13%.
