摘要
以苯胺和顺酐为主要原料合成耐热改性剂N-苯基马来酰亚胺过程中,采用有机碱三乙胺作催化剂,同时加入金属铜盐阻聚剂,使N-苯基马来酰亚胺的产率比文献报道用乙酸钠作催化剂时明显提高,达到85%。加入四聚剂后,N-苯基马来酰亚胺的纯度提高到99%以上。
In the course of synthesizing heat-resistant modifer N-phenyl maleimide, aniline and maleic anhydride were used as main materials. When organic base triethylamine was employed as catalyst and metallic copper salt was added as polymerization-retarder simultaneously, the yield of N-phenyl maleimide can reach 85%, which was higher than that using acetic sodium as catalyst.Moreover the purity of N-phenyl maleimide was improved to over 99% when adopting polymerization-retarder.
