摘要
在我国教育事业改革和发展的过程中,大学,特别是师范大学与中小学的合作,即院校合作已逐渐成为教师教育的一条重要途径和培养模式。本文在回顾国内外院校合作研究和实践的基础上,针对合作中存在的合法性认同和合理性运行问题,从组织社会学的视角就生成机制进行了检视,并提出合理运行机制的构建思路和建议,以期更好地提高教师教育质量,对相关的教育实践有所助益。
In the process of Chinag educational reform and development, the University- institutional collaboration has gradually become an important way and training model of teacher education. This paper reviewed the institutions in China and abroad to research and practice on the basis of tile collaboration that exist the problem of legitimacy self - identity and rationality operation, from the perspective of organizational sociology to inspect the generating mechanism, and provide a reasonable idea of constructing and operating mechanism Proposals which could be better to improve the quality of teacher education and helpful for relevant educational practice.
