锌粉还原制备低热释电钽酸锂晶体 被引量:1

摘要 利用锌粉和硅粉的混合粉末的还原性能,在400℃真空的情况下对同成分LT晶体进行还原处理,还原后的晶体呈棕红色。经检测晶体的电阻率为1010Ω.cm,相对未还原样品降低了4个数量级,其导电性能有了非常大的提高;晶体在325 nm的光下的透过率为未还原样品的35%,晶体的压电性能没发生大的变化,这些性能的改变在声表面波器件的制作过程中避免了电荷的富集,提高了电极线条的精度,对制作声表面器件非常有利。 Under 400 ℃ and vacuum conditions, reduction treatment is adopted to LiTaO3 (LT) crystals employing mixing powder of zinc and silicon as reducing agent. After such transaction, the color of LT crystals is red brown, and its electrical resistivity is 10^10Ω · cm, which is 4 orders of magnitude lower than that of the original one. The conductivity of the crystals is enhanced and the light transmission rate is 35% of the original one under 325 nm laser, yet the piezoelectricity does not change. All of these changed performances are much more profitable in manufacturing acoustic surface wave (SAW) devices.
