摘要
应用缺陷化学理论 ,探讨了纯ZrO2 晶体的缺陷结构和电学性质 ,以及添加稳定剂对ZrO2 电学性质的影响 ,解释了ZrO2 用作导电陶瓷的某些特性。
Using defect chemical theory,the defect structure and electrical properties of pure ZrO 2 were discussed,the influence of stabilized addition on the electrical properties of ZrO 2 was also discussed.Then some properties of ZrO 2 conduct ceramic were interpreated.
