摘要
建立用紫外分光光度法测定毛鸡骨草提取物中总黄酮含量的方法。以其主成分芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷为对照品,三氯化铝显色,测定波长382 nm,线性范围为4.1~24.6μg.mL-1（r2=0.9999）。
We established a method for determining total flavones in Abrus mollis extract by UV spectrophotometry with the main component apigenin-6-C-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-glucopyranoside as the reference substance.Been colorated with AlCl3,the total flavones were determined at the wavelength of 382 nm,the linear range was 4.1~24.6 μg·mL-1（r2=0.9999）.
