摘要
在波长510nm下,NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH为显色剂,分光光度法测定芫荽籽中总黄酮的含量。在8—48μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.145+7.9464C,r=0.9993,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.83%(n=3)。此法简单、快速、准确。
The flavonoids in coriandrum seed were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 510nm. The linear range is 8-48μg/mL with the regression equation of A=0.145+7.9464C, r=0.9993. The average recovery was 101.2% with the RSD of 1.83%(n=3). The method is simple,specific and accurate.
