摘要 目的探讨猪弓形虫病人工发病条件。方法将8头30日龄断奶仔猪分为A1组:腹腔注射1000万个弓形虫速殖子;A2组:腹腔注射5000万个弓形虫速殖子;A3组:腹腔注射1亿个弓形虫速殖子;A4组:空白对照。将8头5月龄育肥猪分为B1组:腹腔注射1000万个弓形虫速殖子;B2组:腹腔注射5000万个弓形虫速殖子;B3组:腹腔注射1亿个弓形虫速殖子;B4组:空白对照。以猪源刚地弓形虫强毒虫株南京汤山株(NT株)F275代攻毒观察临床症状及剖检变化。结果 A组实验猪3~7d后三种感染方式均出现典型的弓形虫病症状:持续高温、精神倦怠、呼吸困难、食欲不振等临床症状,A2、A3组感染猪弓形虫病症状明显且出现实验猪死亡,肺脏、肝脏、脾脏、淋巴结肿大、出血,并从血液和淋巴结中分离到了弓形虫。B组实验猪则没出现典型的临床症状。结论 30日龄断奶仔猪腹腔注射5000万个~1亿个弓形虫速殖子可出现典型的猪弓形虫病症状。 The aim of this study was to investigate disease-inducing conditions of swine infected artificially by Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii)NT strain.Eight 30-day old weaning piglets in group A were randomly divided into group A1(intraperitoneal injection with 10 million T.gondii tachyzoites),group A2(intraperitoneal injection with 50 million T.gondii tachyzoites),group A3(intraperitoneal injection with 100 million of T.gondii tachyzoites)and group A4(blank control group)respectively;eight 5 months finishing pigs in group B were randomly divided into group B1(intraperitoneal injection with 10 million T.gondii tachyzoites),group B2(intraperitoneal injection with 50 million T.gondii tachyzoites),group B3(intraperitoneal injection with 100 million T.gondii tachyzoites),and group B4(blank control group)respectively.After challenging with Nanjing Tangshan strong worm strains(NT strains)F275 generations,the clinical symptoms and anatomy changes of these swine were observed.Three to seven days after infection,the infected pigs in group A appeared typical symptoms of toxoplasmosis:continuous high temperature,mental fatigue,dyspnea,loss of appetite,ect.Some experimentally infected pigs in group A2 and A3 died with the symptoms of enlargement and hemorrhage in lungs,livers,spleens and lymph nodes.But the T.gondii.experimental infected pigs in group B didn't showed typically clinical symptoms.In conclusion,thirty-day old weaning piglets intraperitoneally injected with 50 to 100 million T.gondii tachyzoites could induce typical symptoms of swine toxoplasmosis.
