摘要
电磁流量计向测量低电导率流体流量的发展是市场的需要。测量低电导率流体的流量要解决的问题有测量仪表的阻抗转换、信号基准点的稳定、信号传输以及共模干扰的抑制等。本文讨论了电磁流量计测量流体电导率的下限值;对感应电势内阻抗进行了解析;提出阻抗转换、解决传输电缆分布电容和稳定信号的基准点、降低共模干扰产生的一些解决方法。
The developing trend of measuring the fluid with low conductivity by using electromagnetic flowmeter is the demand from the market. To measure the fluid with low conductivity, it is necessary to resolve the problems of impedance conversion, the stability of the reference point of signal, signal transmission, and common mode inter- ference rejection. The paper discussed the low limit of the conductivity and analyzed the inner-impedance of inductive potential and stated the methods of impedance conversion, settlement of distributed capac- itance of the transmission cable, the stability of the reference point of signal and reducing the common mode interference.
