摘要
人类恶性肿瘤常有微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)表达紊乱,其机制可能涉及miRNA合成及加工过程中的表观遗传调控异常。miRNA自身亦可通过转录后水平调节DNA甲基转移酶表达或改变组蛋白修饰等多种途径参与构成表观遗传调控网络。文中综述miRNA与表观遗传调控的相互作用及其对肿瘤发生、发展过程的影响,表观遗传学药物及外源性miRNA作为新型治疗工具在恶性肿瘤治疗领域的应用前景。
Most human malignancies have aberrant miRNA profiles.MiRNAs can be regulated by classical epigenetic events such as DNA methylation and histone modification,while in turn they could modulate the expression of epigenetic components.Recent studies on the crosstalk between miRNAs and epigenetics were summarized.The prospect of using epigenetic therapy including synthetic miRNA oligonucleotides as anti-cancer tools was discussed.
