摘要
随着患者消费者意识增强,社会对医疗安全要求也越来越高,患者安全是一项再怎么强调也不为过的工作。文中在阐述严重威胁患者安全的医疗不良事件背景和现状基础上,从处理原则、机构、机制和流程四个方面,就医院如何正确处置医疗不良事件进行了深入探讨,以期最大程度的保障患者安全,提高诊疗效率和促进医院可持续发展。
With the enhancement of consumption awareness of the patients,people′s requirements of medical safety become higher and higher,patients′ safety is such a kind of work that can not be over stressed.Based on the description of the background and current situation of medical adverse events,this paper discussed how to properly handle medical adverse events in hospitals from four aspects including principles,institutions,mechanisms and processes,so as to maximally guarantee the patients′ safety,improve the medical efficiency and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.
