摘要
急诊科是医疗风险的高发科室,临床风险管理是通过确定医疗差错的发生频率及性质,从而找到减少这些差错在未来发生的可能性,以改进患者安全的一种策略。根据风险管理标准,在临床管理工作中实施环境建立、鉴定风险、分析风险、评价风险、处理风险、监控和信息交流等任务。风险管理在急诊科具有积极意义。
The department of emergency medicine is one of the departments with the highest incidence of risks in the hospital. Clinical risk management provides a strategic approach to improving patients＇ safety by identifying the frequency and nature of medical errors and then developing ways to reduce these errors in the future, and it has a particularly positive significance in the department of emergency medicine. According to Australiarr/New Zealand Standard, we established the context, identified, analyzed, assessed and coped with risks, stressing monitoring and information exchanges in clinical management.
