摘要
急诊危重症患者病情复杂、多变,医务人员在诊治过程中承担着巨大的医疗风险。如何安全处置急诊危重症患者,确保医疗安全,成为医院管理者急需解决的问题。因此,应用科学的管理工具实施风险控制,对急诊处置流程进行梳理、识别、分析、控制现存或潜在风险,以达到规避或降低不良事件的发生率,或即使发生也能将损害后果降到最小,是医院管理人员当前面临的重要课题。
Emergency patients with critical illness are complicated and changeable, and medical staff bear great medical risks in the course of diagnosis and treatment. How to deal with the critically ill patients safely and ensure the safety of medical treatment has become an urgent problem for hospital administrators.
