摘要
近年来,在市场经济的作用下各级医院的规模不断扩大,医疗资源进一步集中。但是有些地方出现了医院规模越来越大,效益却越来越小,甚至出现因规模过大反而阻碍医院发展的现象。结合新医改政策就医院如何在新要求下处理好规模扩大与持续发展之间的关系进行初步的探讨。
In recent years,under the influence of the market economy,the scale of all the hospitals have been expanding than ever before.But some hospital got medical resources more with beneficial of the hospital got less,and even the large scale impeded the development of hospital.In this paper,the author discussed how to handle the relationship between the hospital scale and the requirements of new medical reform.
