胃旁路转流术对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胃旁路转流术对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响及其作用机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养法建立2型糖尿病Wistar大鼠模型后进行胃大部切除胃空肠吻合术(转流组),分别于术后第7天,第14天,第28天检测各组大鼠胰岛素抵抗指数及脂联素、瘦素、TNF-α、IL-6、血脂水平,并与对照组及模型组进行比较。结果造模后模型组及转流组大鼠造模后胰岛素抵抗指数升高,TNF-α、IL-6、甘油三酯及瘦素表达水平升高,脂联素水平下降。进行胃空肠吻合术后第14天及第28天,大鼠胰岛素抵抗指数降低,TNF-α、IL-6、甘油三酯及瘦素表达水平下降,脂联素表达水平上升。结论胃旁路转流术能够降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗指数,其可能是通过调整血清脂联素及瘦素水平发挥治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of gastric bypass to insulin resistance on experimental 2 diabetic rats. Methods Experimental 2 diabetic Wistar rats were induced with high fat diet and carry out a operations with gastric bypass(bypass groups),insulin resistance,and level of adiponectin(APN), leptin(LEP), TNF-α ,IL-6,and blood fat were dected in 7th days, 14th days and 28th days after operations and contrasted in every groups. Results Insulin resistance of rats was increasing,level of adiponectin LEP, TNF-α ,IL-6, and blood fat were increasing and level of APN was decreasing after inducing model on model groups and bypass groups,then insulin resistance of rats was decreasing,level of adiponectin LEP, TNF-α, IL-6,and blood fat were decreasing and level of APN was increasing after inducing model on bypass groups than on model in 14th days and 28tb days after operations. Conclusion Gastric bypass could lower insulin resistance of experimental 2 diabetic rats,that maybe was results of adjust APN and LEP in serum.
