摘要
近年来对瘦素的认识已超越了肥胖与消瘦的范畴。一方面,瘦素作用于瘦素受体,对体脂的代谢进行调节;另一方面,瘦素受体分布广泛,是一种作用于多靶器官多功能的激素。研究发现瘦素有广泛的生物学效应,涉及糖脂代谢、心血管、生殖内分泌、消化、免疫、骨代谢等诸多领域。
In recent years, awareness of the leptin has gone beyond the scope of obesity and weight loss. On the one hand, leptin regulates the metabolism of body fat through acting on the leptin receptor; On the other hand, leptin receptor is widely distributed ,leptin is a multi -functional hormone that acts on multi -target organ. The study found that leptin has a wide range of biological effects, involving glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular, reproductive endocrinology, digestion, immunity, bone metabolism and many other fields.
