摘要
瘦素是肥胖基因的表达产物,通过与其受体结合发挥其生物学作用。研究发现,瘦素与多种的发生发展密切相关。本文综述瘦素测定的临床应用进展。
The lepfin is a expression product of the obesity gene. Biological effect of lepfin-has appeared by combination with its receptor just. The researches revealed that it is tightly related to the occttrence and development of many diseases. In this article progress in the clinical application of the determination of leptin is reviewed.
